Gold Play is here!

Gold Play is free slot play that is awarded to Club Card members as part of a variety of casino promotions and special offers. Gold Play can be used at both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino.

Gold Play Basics

Do I need to get a new Club Card for my Gold Play to take effect?

No, your Gold Play will be loaded onto your existing Club Card.

Where in the casino can I use my Gold Play?

At this time, Gold Play can be used on slot gaming machines. Gold Play cannot currently be used for table games, off-track betting, paper bingo or electronic bingo. See the Club Card Players Booth for details.

How do I use my Gold Play?

To access your Gold Play, insert your Club card into the card slot on the slot machine. Press MENU. Press GOLD PLAY. Then enter your 4-digit PIN* and press ENTER. Your Gold Play balance for that day will be shown on the screen.

*Note: Your PIN is initially set to 1-2-3-4. If you have not already done so, visit the Club Card Players Booth to set your own 4-digit PIN.

How do I know my Gold Play is on my Club Card? How do I check how much Gold Play I have in total?

To check your total Gold Play account balance, insert your Club Card into the card slot on the machine. Press MENU. Press ACCOUNT BALANCE. Your total Gold Play balance, as well as your Player Point balance, will be shown on the screen.

How will I know when I am out of Gold Play?

One your Gold Play has been used up, the machine will display the message “Gold Play – Your Session is Now Complete.” Once this message appears, play proceeds as per usual using cash credits.

Will my Gold Play still work if I visit another casino location?

Any Gold Play issued can be used at both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino.

Can I use my Gold Play to purchase products and services throughout the casino?

Gold Play can be used only for play on slot gaming machines. Gold Play cannot be used to purchase products and services such as valet, entertainment tickets, gift store or food purchases.
As always, you are able to use your Player Points towards purchases of select products and services throughout the casino.

When does my Gold Play expire?

Please refer to the details of the specific offer you received.

Using My Gold Play

When I put my Club Card in the machine, a message appears on the screen that says ‘Invalid Card.’ What do I do?

An ‘Invalid Card’ message may appear if your Club Card has been reprinted. When a card is reprinted, any previous Club Cards are de-activated for your protection. If a de-activated Club Card is inserted in the machine, the message ‘Invalid Card’ will appear. Switch to your newest Club Card and it should work properly. Remember to destroy any old Club Cards.
Please visit the Players Club Booth if you have not recently reprinted your Club Card, if an ‘Invalid Card’ message continues to appear even after switching cards, or if you have misplaced your newest Club Card.

After I enter my PIN, I can’t access my Gold Play. I put my card in the machine but the machine is acting as though there is no credit available for play. What is going on?

The machine requires a minimum amount of credit to be inserted in order to activate Gold Play. To activate your Gold Play, you must insert cash credits equal to or greater than the amount that you wish to wager per spin.
For example, if you wish to play $2 in Gold Play per spin, ensure you have $2 in cash credits inserted in the machine.
Once the minimum amount of credit is inserted, the machine will hold the amount of credits you have wagered until you spin. Once you spin, the credits wagered will be reimbursed from your Gold Play account. You will also be awarded any winnings in cash credits.
Once your Gold Play is used up, you have the option of cashing out any remaining cash credits or continuing with your play as per usual using cash credits.

My Account Balance shows that I have $10 of Gold Play remaining, but the machine is showing me a message that says “Your balance is too low to use Gold Play.” Why?

Available Gold Play amounts vary based on the offer you received. Use of Gold Play is also subject to a daily limit per member.
If you have used all of the Gold Play available to you today, a message will appear that lets you know that your available Gold Play balance has been used up (“Your balance is too low to use Gold Play.”).
Rest assured that the remaining Gold Play that appears in your overall Account Balance will be available for future sessions, as outlined in the terms and conditions of your Gold Play offer.
Check the terms and conditions of the offer you received for details.

I have used all of the Gold Play available to me today, but I know I still have other Gold Play available to me. When can I use the rest of my Gold Play?

Depending on the conditions placed upon your Gold Play’s use, more Gold Play may be available to you.
Check the terms and conditions of the offer you received for details.

I pushed EXIT but the machine shows that my Gold Play is still active. How do I stop using my Gold Play?

Pushing EXIT will not stop use of your Gold Play.

To stop using your Gold Play before you have used all your Gold Play credits, remove your card from the machine. This will end your session.
Your remaining Gold Play will stay in your account until it expires, and can be used the next time you insert your Club Card into a machine.

I tried to print a ticket and cash out my Gold Play. Why doesn’t it work?

Your Gold Play has no cash value and cannot be cashed out.

How come my Player Points balance does not increase when I use my Gold Play?

Because your Gold Play has no cash value, Player Points are not accumulated when using your Gold Play.

Setting My Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Why have a PIN?

A PIN helps to protect your Gold Play in case your card is lost.

How do I set my PIN?

Visit the Club Card Players Booth to set (or reset) your 4-digit PIN.

Where would you suggest storing my PIN?

If you do choose to write your PIN down, we recommend storing your PIN separately from your Club Card. Storing this number separately provides additional protection for your Gold Play if your Club Card is lost.

I can’t remember my PIN. Can I have it reset?

Visit the Club Card Players Booth to reset your 4-digit PIN. Members will be asked to provide their Club Card and photo identification to confirm their identity.

I received a preset Gold Play PIN. Why do I need to choose my own PIN?

In order to reduce time spent waiting in lines, we occasionally provide members visiting as part of large groups with preset PINs. We recommend visiting the Club Card Players Booth as soon as it is convenient to reset your PIN.

Choosing your own 4-digit PIN will ensure you are better able to remember your number, and will also provide additional protection for your Gold Play if your Club Card is lost.

Use of your Club Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the Club Card Program.
