Let It Ride
Object of the Game In the game of Let it Ride, the object of the game is to achieve a poker hand, containing minimally, a pair of tens but in this game the Player is not playing against other Players or the Dealer. Winning hands are achieved by taking into account the Dealers cards (also known as the community cards) and the Players cards. Refer to the table at the end of this document for acceptable winning hands and their respective payouts. Game Overview
- A maximum of seven Players may participate.
- Let it Ride is a game played with one deck of standard playing cards (52 cards). The cards either manually shuffled or by using an automatic shuffler.
- All bets must be placed prior to the Dealer announcing “no more bets”. No additional bets will be accepted, and Players are not permitted to alter or touch any bet once the dealer has announced “no more bets”.
- Cash wagers will not be accepted. All currency tendered will be exchanged by the Dealer for value chips.
- Players are permitted to touch their own playing cards.
- Players cannot look at their cards until the Dealer has verified that all cards are accounted for and ensured that the correct number of cards are in play. 6.1 This verification is performed by the Dealer either by counting down the unused cards for a manual shuffle or by ensuring the green light is activated on the automatic shuffler.
- Each Player is required to keep their cards over the table and in full view of the Dealer at all times.
- Once each Player has tucked their cards, the Player may not touch the cards again.
