  1. Q: What happens to my points?
  2. A: Your points are safe; all point balances will remain the same when we reopen.
  1. Q: What if I want to know my point balance?
  2. A: Please visit the casino when we reopen and either insert your card into a slot machine or visit the Players Club to see your point balance.
  1. Q: What happened to my offers?
  2. A: All offers that were scheduled from March 18 until casino reopening were cancelled.
  1. Q: Will you have the same offers/programs when you reopen?
  2. A: No, we are currently reviewing all our programs. Please check the website for updated offers/programs.
  1. Q: It was my birthday month when you were closed – do I get birthday Free Play?
  2. A: No. During this time, we have stopped the birthday Free Play promotion until further notice. We will provide information on our website and in the casinos should we start the birthday promotion again.
  1. Q: I lost my Club Card; will you send me a new one?
  2. A: No, we need to verify your ID so please visit the Players Club for a reprint.
  1. Q: Can I use my Club Card points to play online at PlayNow.com?
  2. A: No, your Club Card points must be redeemed at Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino or Shark Club Gaming Centre.
  1. Q: I'm not comfortable visiting the casino - can I freeze my account?
  2. A: Your account and point balance are safe, we will not expire any accounts. Once the casinos are fully operational with no restrictions in place, Club Card accounts will operate as they did pre COVID-19.
  1. Q: Will my account expire if it was inactive while the casinos were closed?
  2. A: No, your account is secure. All accounts are temporarily frozen during the casino closures and that time will not count toward the 18-month expiry period due to inactivity.

CAN I COMBINE MY PLAYER POINTS WITH OTHERS?

No. The Club Card Program Terms & Conditions do not permit the transfer of Player Points to another account.

HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF A DECEASED MEMBER POINTS?

To initiate a payment for a deceased Club Card Member’s Player Points, please visit either casino to speak with a Casino Operations Manager. Please ensure that you have all proper documentation with you;

• Proof of Executorship (Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration).
• Death Certificate (Funeral Director’s Death Certificate is acceptable).
• Valid personal photo identification.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?

Email us now with your Club Card membership number, full name, your old contact information and your new contact information. We’ll email or call you back to confirm the changes, then update your profile to ensure you continue to receive Members Only special offers or promotions.

Please note that if your contact information is out of date, mail may already be on its way to your old address. Please rest assured that changes will take effect for the next mail out whenever possible.

HOW LONG WILL MY PLAYER POINTS REMAIN ON MY CLUB CARD?

Your Club Card and Player Points will remain active for eighteen (18) months from the date the card was last used.

WHAT IS FREE PLAY?

Free Play is free slot play that is awarded to Club Card members as part of a variety of casino promotions and special offers. Free Play can be used at both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino.

WHAT IS POINT PLAY?

Point Play is the program which allows Players to convert their Player Points to Free Play through your Player account on electronic gaming machines.
