How do I update my contact information?

Email us now with your Club Card membership number, full name, your old contact information and your new contact information. We’ll email or call you back to confirm the changes, then update your profile to ensure you continue to receive Members Only special offers or promotions.

Please note that if your contact information is out of date, mail may already be on its way to your old address. Please rest assured that changes will take effect for the next mail out whenever possible.

Can I combine my player points with others?

No. The Club Card Program Terms & Conditions do not permit the transfer of Player Points to another account.

How long will my player points remain on my Club Card?

Your Club Card and Player Points will remain active for eighteen (18) months from the date the card was last used.

What is Free Play?


Free Play is free slot play that is awarded to Club Card members as part of a variety of casino promotions and special offers. Free Play can be used at both Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino.

How do I make a request for payment of a deceased member points?

To initiate a payment for a deceased Club Card Member’s Player Points, please print out the form below as instructed, and take the completed form to either casino to speak with a Casino Operations Manager. Please ensure that you have all proper documentation stated on the form and valid personal photo identification.
