Retrieve items from coat check area
Assist with buffet selection and delivery to guest table
Request taxi/Handi-Transit
Assist to the on-site bank machine (guest must perform the banking function independently)
Assist to the gift store (guest must perform debit/credit card transaction independently)
Assist with bill conversion at a Ticket Redemption Terminal, and cashier transactions

Please note that our employees must follow gaming laws and controls, must adhere to workplace safety protocol, and may also be limited in their ability to immediately assist due to staffing demands at the time of request. We will do our best to respond to every request in a timely and respectful fashion.

Club Regent Event Centre Communications

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries uses third party ticketing agent(s) to fulfill the ticket transactions for events held at Club Regent Event Centre. By purchasing a ticket through an authorized ticket agent (Ticketmaster Canada), Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries will use implied consent to provide the customer with important information related to attending events at this the venue. When purchasing tickets through an authorized ticket agent you may be asked to provide your express consent for the Club Regent Event Centre and/or Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries to send you information related to upcoming events and promotions at this venue. In this instance, Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries and the Club Regent Event Centre may be referred to on a ticketing agent’s website as the “event provider” or the “event organizer”.

ACCEPTABLE ID

The Casinos of Winnipeg accepts the following forms of identification for entry:

Driver’s Licence issued in Manitoba or another jurisdiction
Passport issued in Canada or another jurisdiction
Manitoba Identification Card
Secure Certificate of Indian Status
Manitoba Métis Federation Citizenship Card
Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
Firearms Possession and Acquisition Licence
NEXUS Card

Alternatively, any two valid pieces of government-issued ID are accepted for entry, one of which must be photo ID. Examples include:

BAG POLICY

Bag Policy

On Monday, February 2, 2026, the Casinos of Winnipeg are implementing a guest bag policy at casino entrances to improve overall casino safety and security. A bag policy is a best practice security measure used at many Canadian casinos, arenas, and entertainment venues.

FAQs

What is the new bag policy?
For the safety of our casino guests and employees, bag sizes are restricted to a maximum size of 14”x14”x6” or smaller. All bags, regardless of size, may still be subject to search prior to admittance to Casinos of Winnipeg.
What if I require a larger bag for medical purposes?
Exceptions will be considered for medically necessary items, but these bags are also subject to a security search.
Why is Casinos of Winnipeg updating their bag policy?
The bag policy will improve safety for guests and staff by allowing security guards to spend less time checking bags for prohibited and dangerous items, and more time focused on overall casino security.
What items are prohibited at Casinos of Winnipeg?
To encourage safety and enjoyment at Casinos of Winnipeg, the following items are not permitted to be brought into the casinos:
• Weapons
• Illegal substances
• Drug paraphernalia (bongs, pipes)
• Sharp objects (unless secured for medical purposes)
• Food/beverages
• Alcohol
• Any other item that management deems to negatively impact customer experience.
What happens to prohibited items guests bring to the casino?
Guests will be asked to dispose of items, return items to their vehicle, or items may be confiscated and/or reported to the Winnipeg Police Service.
Can I store an oversized bag in the casino coat check? Are there lockers?
Casinos of Winnipeg do not allow guests’ bags to be stored in coat check. There are no lockers available for guest use at either casino.
If my bag fits size restrictions, why do you need to search it?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. It is security’s responsibility to search any bag they deem necessary to ensure prohibited items are not being brought into the casino.
What if I refuse to have my bag searched?
Declining a bag search may lead to being refused entry to the casino.
I am a regular casino guest; will my purse still need to be searched?
Security officers at casino entrances will follow the new size guidelines for all guests and deny entry to anyone with an oversized bag. They will also determine which smaller bags are to be searched. This applies to regular guests and Club Card members.
I just need to go in the casino for a few minutes to get something from my wife/husband. Can I take my bag in or leave it at the security podium for 5 minutes?
No. You cannot take an oversized bag in the casino and bags cannot be left unattended.
Can I speak with a manager if I have a concern about the bag policy?
You can request to speak with the casino security manager, or operations manager. You may also send any questions or concerns to us via mbll.ca/contactus.

Understanding Our Request For Personal Information

Q. I won a jackpot and have to provide personal information. What is done with my information?

A. Under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), we are required by law to keep records of all transactions of $10,000 or more, or of $3,000 or more for the exchange of foreign currency. (Note: all currency amounts are in Canadian funds.)

Further, amendments to the PCMLTFA require casinos keep a record of transactions where a single purchase of $3,000 or greater is made. This may include chip transactions in table games, or slot ticket purchases at a cashier. The Act also requires us to provide information on these transactions to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). This is a government agency responsible for the detection and prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing activities in Canada and abroad.

Note: If there is more than one person associated to the reportable transaction, that person must also be completely identified and provide their occupation information as well.

Transactions may involve:

Payouts of jackpots $10,000 and over
Exchanging cash for table game chips or slot tickets
Cashing in chips or slot tickets $10,000 and over

These can be one-time transactions or accumulated transactions over a period of 24 hours. Banks, loan companies, credit unions, and insurance companies are also required to request this information for similar cash transactions.

Your information is protected

Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (MBLL), on behalf of the Province of Manitoba, is legally authorized to conduct and manage casino gaming activity in Manitoba. MBLL operates Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino and the Shark Club Gaming Centre. MBLL is authorized to collect your personal information for law enforcement purposes or crime prevention by section 36(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). Information is also collected under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and requires us to provide information on these transactions to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill these purposes.

Your personal information is protected in accordance with the Privacy provisions of FIPPA. MBLL cannot use or disclose it for any other purpose unless you consent, or we are authorized or required to do so by FIPPA.
