If you have used your Club Card while visiting the Casinos of Winnipeg between April 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023, your account will not be affected.
Club Card members who have not generated activity on their card within these previous 12 months will see their card archived and related points forfeited. Carded activity is defined as earning or redeeming Player Point(s), receiving a discount, or scanning your Club Card to enter a promotion.
If you haven’t visited the Casinos of Winnipeg in a while, and you wish to remain a Club Card member, please visit the Players Club at Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino, or the Shark Club Gaming Centre to verify your account status. To keep your account active, you must use your Casinos of Winnipeg Club Card at Club Regent Casino, McPhillips Station Casino, or the Shark Club Gaming Centre to earn or redeem Player Point(s), receive a discount (where applicable), or scan your Club Card to enter a promotion at least once in a 12-month period.
Email us now with your Club Card membership number, full name, your old contact information and your new contact information. We’ll email or call you back to confirm the changes, then update your profile to ensure you continue to receive Members Only special offers or promotions.
Please note that if your contact information is out of date, mail may already be on its way to your old address. Please rest assured that changes will take effect for the next mail out whenever possible.
